Welcome to AmritLink.xyz ("AmritLink," "we," "us," "our," or "the Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of amritlink.xyz and its URL-shortening and earning service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

AmritLink.xyz allows publishers to shorten any URL and earn money by sharing the shortened links online. Advertisements are shown to the viewer on an interstitial page before they are redirected to their destination URL. By using the Service, you agree that the Site includes advertisements on shortened links, which is a requirement for the Site to operate and pay publishers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.

3. Account Registration

Only one account per person is permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

  1. Advertise AmritLink.xyz links on traffic exchange, PTC (paid-to-click), or faucet websites.

  2. Place shortened links on, or shrink URLs that redirect to, websites containing content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, adult/pornographic, violent, or that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

  3. Offer incentives, bribes, or beg visitors to click on your shortened links ("incentivized traffic").

  4. Spam any website, forum, social media platform, or blog with AmritLink.xyz links.

  5. Generate fake, automated, or bot traffic of any kind, including through iframes, auto-redirects, proxies, VPN loops, click bots, traffic exchanges, or software like auto-clickers.

  6. Automatically redirect visitors to your shortened link from another page — the viewer must click the link themselves.

  7. Open shortened URLs inside an iframe, popup, or popunder window.

  8. Click on your own shortened links to generate artificial revenue. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse any earnings generated this way.

  9. Create "redirect loops" using AmritLink.xyz or third-party shortener links to inflate views or revenue.

  10. Create multiple accounts, including for the purpose of gaining extra referral earnings.

  11. Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Site's systems.

  12. Use the Service to distribute phishing links, malware, or content that violates applicable law.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of unpaid earnings, and permanent termination without notice.

5. Earnings and Payments

  • Earnings are calculated based on valid, unique, human-generated views on your shortened links, as tracked by our system.

  • We reserve the right to determine what constitutes valid traffic and to adjust or withhold earnings suspected of being generated through fraud, bots, or Terms violations.

  • Minimum withdrawal thresholds, supported payment methods, and payout schedules will be displayed on the Site and may change at our discretion.

  • AmritLink.xyz is not liable for payment delays caused by third-party payment processors, incorrect account details provided by the user, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right to change our CPM (cost-per-thousand-views) rates at any time without prior notice, based on advertiser demand and region.

6. Referral Program

If a referral program is offered, you may earn a percentage of the referred user's earnings. Creating fake or duplicate accounts to abuse referral earnings is strictly prohibited and will result in termination and forfeiture of all associated earnings.

7. Content and Link Responsibility

AmritLink.xyz does not host, review, or endorse the content of destination URLs submitted by users. We act solely as a link-shortening intermediary. Users are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the destination content they link to.

8. DMCA / Abuse Reports

AmritLink.xyz does not host any third-party content. If you believe a shortened link on our Site infringes your copyright or violates applicable law, please report it to [email protected] with the relevant short link and details. We will investigate and may disable the reported link at our discretion.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment disputes, or any activity that we determine harms the Service, our advertisers, or other users.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific earnings, or that the Service will be error-free or secure at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmritLink.xyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of earnings, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
